Satisfaction

Like most other hosts, you won’t get a pro-rated refund if you cancel past the 30 day trial period. Usually 30 days is a decent amount of time to decide if the host is right for you. Another idea if you’re really keen to sign up with WHB is to write them a nice email indicating that you want to sign up with them, but you would like to know if they would offer you a pro-rated refund should you cancel past the 30 days. Ask them if they are willing to do it. You never know, it worked with VistaPages. The best thing to do, is to get the lowest term plan, even if you pay 1 dollar more a month for it. Their budget plans are really good deals for what you get. Their Semi-dedicated month to month plans are super. The semi-dedicated plans, reseller plans, and other plans are also fantastic deals.

So what do you do? If you are going for the budget plans, you could go with a host that offers a pro-rated refund. We’ve only found two so far: BlueHost and HostMonster. Alternatively you can lessen your risk and get the lowest term on the plan, in this case 12 months. The semi-dedicated plans are month to month.

SSH
